2012

Only a few days remain in 2012.

The most memorable event this year was visiting Bangkok during the Golden Week holidays for the first time in many years and giving a lecture there.
In early summer, I won an award from Architectural Review magazine and went to England for the first time in 10 years, and was surprised to see how much London has changed.
In the fall, the construction of a guesthouse in Koyasan was completed. This place seems to be crowded with backpackers even now in the harsh winter.
And then we were selected in an implementation design competition and started a new project.
Through designing a number of houses, I have had many interesting conversations with various people.
I would like to continue to do my best in the coming year.
